Mr. Lussier is a Project Manager with over 20 years of environmental and 8 years of power related experience. He has experience in all phases of planning, design and construction of high voltage transmission lines, switchyards, substations, and other power related projects. Scott is highly skilled and experienced all in the latest computer analysis tools including ESRI ArcGIS products, GE Small World Suite, Autodesk and PLS-CADD.
